(hereinafter referred to as Yongxing Materials), experts and representatives, and Zhongda New Material Technology, Quality Inspection, Relevant personnel from sales and other departments held an expert review meeting for the project plan of "Quality Evaluation of UNS N08811 (NS1104) Furnace Tube Products for Petroleum Refining and Chemical Use" in Zhongda Group.

The meeting was delivered by Xu Jianping, general manager of Zhongda Group, and Bao Lei, member of CSTM evaluation committee and deputy general manager of Steel Research Nano. Wu Liyang, General Manager of Zhongda Advanced Material, Gao Yibin, Deputy General Manager of Yongxing Materials, and Wang Yang, Director of the Quality Evaluation Department of CSTM, made basic introductions of their respective units.

At the meeting, a project evaluation expert group was established, and Professor Song Zhigang of the Iron and Steel Research Institute was selected as the leader of the evaluation group. The team members were Wang Jinguang (SEI), Hu Ming (SEI), Li Min (Huanqiu Company), Tang Tianqiang (Maoming Gravity) composition.

After careful discussion and inquiries, the expert review meeting of the project plan of "UNSN08811 (NS1104) Furnace Tube Product Quality Evaluation for Petroleum Refining and Chemical Use" proposed the selection of size specifications, smelting process, grain size range, and foreign product comparison test in the original evaluation plan. The number of brands, the rating method of non-metallic inclusions, and the test data of anti-oxidation performance, a total of 6 main recommendations.

This project plan is guided by professional quality evaluation, based on a series of standards, and based on global data, and fully covers the entire industry chain of UNS N08811 (NS1104) furnace tube products for petroleum refining and chemical use. The technical system is instructive, innovative and operable, and has been recognized by the experts present.

After the expert review meeting, the project working group will further improve the project plan, and Zhongda Advanced Material will also gradually complete the product manufacturing, inspection and review work according to the established project plan, and strive to obtain the ethylene cracking furnace tube in the core unit of petroleum refining and chemical industry. We made breakthroughs and strived to realize the localization of UNS N08811 (NS1104) furnace tubes for petroleum refining.

Background of the project:

For a long time, the domestic authoritative design institutes SEI and Huanqiu Institute have designated N08811 furnace tubes as imported products in the technical documents of refining and chemical projects. According to the market demand and the company's own technology, equipment capabilities and follow-up development plan, Zhongda Advanced Material decided to carry out scientific research on the localization of N08811 furnace tube.

In August 2020, Zhongda Advanced Material and Yongxing Materials, a tube blank manufacturing enterprise, submitted a project application to CSTM for the quality evaluation of domestic UNS N08811 furnace tubes.

In September 2020, CSTM conducted research on the project in the SEI equipment room, industrial furnace room, and the pipeline room of Huanqiu Company to gain an in-depth understanding of the main application environment, technical requirements, and focus of the use process of the material, and convened experts. Begin to develop an evaluation plan.

In December 2020, CSTM organized representatives of the Steel Research Institute, SEI, Huanqiu Company, Steel Research Nanoco, Maoming Gravity, Zhongda Advanced Material, Yongxing Materials and other units to set up a project working group in Beijing, and evaluated the first draft of the project plan. The first technical seminar.

From January to April 2021, according to experts' suggestions, CSTM organized the Steel Research Institute and Steel Research Nano to analyze foreign products, and conducted two technical technical evaluations with Zhongda Advanced Material and Yongxing Materials, a tube blank manufacturing enterprise. seminar.

In April 2021, CSTM will conduct the second technical seminar on the evaluation plan with SEI and Huanqiu.
