On September 23, a seminar on the draft of the national standard "Seamless Steel Tubes for Pressure Impression in Nuclear Power Plants" led by Zhejiang Zhongda Advanced Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongda Advanced Material) was held at Zhongda United, the parent company of Zhongda Advanced Material. The multi-functional conference room of the Holding Group Co., Ltd. was successfully held. Metallurgical Industry Information Standards Research Institute, China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. East China Branch, China Nuclear Power Operation Management Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Jiuli Special Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yinhuan Precision Steel Tube Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Wujin Steel Co., Ltd. Relevant experts from Rust Co., Ltd., Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., Baofeng Steel Industry Group Co., Ltd. and all the staff of Zhongda Advanced Material attended the seminar. Relevant leaders of Haiyan County Market Supervision Administration and Zhejiang Baibu Economic Development Zone (Baibu Town) were invited to attend.

Wu Liyang, general manager of Zhongda Advanced Material, expressed his warm welcome and gratitude to the experts and leaders who participated in the seminar, and briefly introduced the project establishment and draft formulation of the national standard. In 2019, Zhongda Advanced Material submitted an application for the national standard "Seamless Steel Pipe for Nuclear Power Plant Instrument Impression" to the Steel Tube Sub-Technical Committee of the National Steel Standards Technical Committee, which was approved by the expert group of the National Standard Technical Review Center of the State Administration for Market Regulation. In January this year, the Steel Tube Sub-Technical Committee of the National Steel Standards Technical Committee approved the national standard to be compiled by Zhongda Advanced Material. Afterwards, Zhongda Advanced Material established a standard preparation group, which preliminarily formed the national standard "Stainless Steel No After a thorough internal discussion, the draft seminar was convened.

The standard discussion of this seminar was chaired by Dong Li, secretary general of the Metallurgical Industry Information Standards Research Institute. During the period, Chen Xiaofu, the vice president of Zhongda Advanced Material Technology, introduced the draft standard. Afterwards, the participating experts discussed the scope of application of the standard, reference documents, order content, size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, Sections of inspection procedures, cleaning, packaging, marking and quality certificates are discussed, and suggestions for improvement are made.

The standard consultation draft formed by this standard draft seminar has provided important technical support for the improvement of the standard and laid a solid foundation for the follow-up work. The standard preparation team of Zhongda Advanced Material will study and absorb relevant opinions and suggestions, complete the standard consultation draft as soon as possible, and strive to complete the preparation of the national standard "Seamless Steel Tubes for Pressure Impression in Nuclear Power Plants" as soon as possible, so as to contribute to China's nuclear power construction.
